Super disappointed with my haircut, 6 weeks before my wedding. I wanted a fade, not a high and tight. I have lines, I have no fade, I have a complete military cut, and I’ve been retired for 10 years. I’m happy Becca at the store was so professional, I don’t know if it can be fixed, but I’ll be in with my fingers crossed

Today is my son's first time going to this location on peach street, Erie, PA. Service is ok and the online check in is reasonable. But the haircut quality is way below our expectation. It has rough lines and the cut is uneven and not smooth. Somehow they rushed the haircut and it only took about 10 minutes to have it done. It is not worthy the money and is not professional at all.

This is the only place my son gets his hair cut that he is happy with. They do a wonderful job!! Driving 3hrs next weekend just to get his hair cut. 😊
