The online appointment service was not working couldnt check in, drove all the way up peach street only to find out they changed their hours so they close at 3, when online says 7. The lady i spoke to was very rude and treated me with no respect because they were “backed up!” Well i wont be back! Lost a regular customer at both locations due to the way i was treated

The wait is too long. Four guys have walked out because the wait is over an hour. I see two empty stylist chairs. I would think real quick about hiring more staff..........
